Our inclusion pledge
Learning only works when every learner can use it. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to on every project and in how we build our team.
In the learning we make
- Accessible from the first outline. We plan captions, transcripts, alt text, colour contrast and keyboard navigation from the start, not as a final check.
- Designed for every device. Our courses work on phones, tablets and desktops, so learners can study where and when it suits them.
- Plain language. We write so people can understand on first read, and we explain specialist terms when we use them.
- Many voices on camera. We look for presenters, case studies and scenarios that reflect the range of people who will take the course.
- Respectful representation. We check scripts, images and examples for stereotypes before anything is filmed or published.
In how we work
- Open opportunities. We find freelancers and collaborators through open calls and broad networks, not just people we already know.
- Fair pay and credit. Everyone who works on a project is paid fairly and on time, and credited for their work.
- Flexible ways of working. We work remotely and flexibly where projects allow, so people with caring responsibilities or different needs can do their best work.
- Listening and improving. We ask learners and clients what could be better, and we act on it.
